DealView is a Chrome extension that adds real estate investor analysis directly to Zillow listing pages. This policy explains how DealView handles your data.

Data We Do Not Collect

DealView does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no servers, and no databases associated with this extension. Your information never leaves your device.

Data Stored Locally

DealView stores the following data exclusively in your browser’s local storage using the Chrome Extension Storage API (chrome.storage.local):

This data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to any third party.

External API Requests

DealView makes requests to the following public APIs to fetch market data. These requests do not include any personally identifiable information:

Zillow

DealView reads publicly visible listing data directly from Zillow web pages you are already viewing. It does not scrape, store, or transmit Zillow data to any server.
